This plugin implements the multi/quad modal anomalous diffusion (MAD) method as described in ___. This plugin processes a hyperstack where the the slice labels identify the b-value for which the volume (frame) of data was acquired. DICOM_open plugin opens a set of DICOM files an arranges them accordingly. This plugin also implements the ADC, IVIM, Stretch Exponential, and IVIM Stretch Exponential models.
